Call for aid for the intensification of transfer activities for the 2024-25 academic year
The University of Barcelona (UB) wants to promote the activities of the teams led by the teaching and research staff (PDI) most active in knowledge transfer and accredited as TECNIO centers, as well as encourage those teams that want to create or consolidate as groups of transfer and opt for TECNIO accreditation within four years.
With this objective, the UB Vice-Rectorate for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Transfer allocates up to 65,000 euros to encourage and enhance knowledge transfer activities. To carry this out, it has called for a maximum of 13 grants, for an amount of 5,000 euros each, which will be distributed in three modalities: the TECNIO UB modality, the pre-TECNIO UB 2023 and pre-TECNIO UB 2024 modality.
Beneficiaries of the pre-TECNIO UB modality will also have the advice of a manager-promoter of transfer activities who will help them define or improve a strategic plan in order to achieve recognition as a group of UB transfer within one year and will give them initial support in its execution.
The application deadline is September 30, 2024.
