International Acceleration Programme
Design your internationalisation plan with the support of experts and entrepreneurs experienced in international expansion.
StartUB! is launching this programme, open to the entire XEU ecosystem, to help start-ups and spin-offs identify the markets with the greatest potential and define how to enter them. Over five weeks, you will explore five major regions — Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, North America and Latin America — alongside local experts and entrepreneurs who have already successfully entered these markets.
Each start-up will receive two hours of one-to-one mentoring to validate its priority market and develop its internationalisation plan, which it will present to an evaluation panel.
A practical, results-oriented approach combining expert-led sessions, real-world case studies and individual mentoring. Sessions will take place mainly online and in the afternoons.
What will you gain? An internationalisation plan identifying your priority market, defining your market entry strategy and setting out a roadmap for the next 12 months.
