Get a mentor for your project. Last days!

The deadline for submitting an application to the Mentor in Residence (MIR) call for hiring an external professional to advise technology-based companies is extended until 31 December 2017.

If you’re thinking about starting a technology-based company and need a professional to help you with your business plan, go ahead and apply!

The Mentor in Residence programme aims to provide the funds to supplement the entrepreneurial team by making it multidisciplinary in order to promote the creation of new spin-offs within the University of Barcelona, and the development of newly-created spin-offs with growth potential. This grant will allow the entrepreneurial team to have a mentor specialized in managing business projects. The maximum amount granted to each entrepreneurial project will be € 6,000.

This fund has the suport of the Secretary of Universities and Research of the Ministry of Business and Knowledge of the Government of Catalonia and is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The Bosch i Gimpera Foundation has granted the first Mentor in Residence (MiR) grant to Dr. Daniel Prades for the project ‘SaaS for automated true colour recognition’.
