
The University of Barcelona (UB), through the Bosch i Gimpera Foundation (FBG) and with the support of Banco Santander, are launching a new edition of the Fund for the Impulse of Innovation (F2I) program.
The Mentor in Residence (MiR) call, with a budget of 12,000 euros, offers to supplement the entrepreneurial team with a specialized mentor who accompanies them in the different phases of concretization and search for funds, to promote the creation of spin-offs of the Strongest UB since the constitution.
In this call, one grant of €6,000 and three grants of €2,000 will be awarded.
It is aimed at UB research staff who lead transfer projects aimed at creating a company where the UB is the owner or co-owner of the knowledge from which the new company will be developed.
The aid is supported by Banco Santander and Cultura Innovadora i Científica SLU.
The application deadline is November 15, 2024.
