Donde el grupo centra su actividad en estudios de metabol\u00f3mica nutricional, e identificaci\u00f3n de perfiles metabol\u00f3micos asociados a prevenci\u00f3n de riesgo de enfermedad. El grupo forma parte de la Red de Referencia en Tecnolog\u00eda de Alimentos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xarta.cat\/\">(XaRTA)<\/a>, y del Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n en Nutrici\u00f3n y Seguridad Alimentaria de la UB <a href=\"http:\/\/insa.ub.edu\/en\/investigation\/investigation-group-directory\">(INSA)<\/a>.
