{"id":11719,"date":"2021-03-09T16:09:53","date_gmt":"2021-03-09T14:09:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/161.116.26.48\/investigadores\/grupos-investigacion-ub\/human-system-audit-hsa\/"},"modified":"2021-03-10T13:35:41","modified_gmt":"2021-03-10T11:35:41","slug":"human-system-audit-hsa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.fbg.ub.edu\/es\/investigadores\/grupos-investigacion-ub\/human-system-audit-hsa\/","title":{"rendered":"Human System Audit &#8211; HSA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>PRESENTACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El Grup Human System Audit (<strong>HSA<\/strong>) neix el 1997 per enc\u00e0rrec de la Uni\u00f3 Patronal Metal\u00b7l\u00fargica (<strong>UPM<\/strong>), organitzaci\u00f3 patronal de les empreses, les entitats territorials i les entitats sectorials de la ind\u00fastria i dels serveis del metall de la prov\u00edncia de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>El grup assessora, orienta i ofereix eines pel <strong>diagn\u00f2stic<\/strong> i la <strong>intervenci\u00f3<\/strong> en les <strong>organitzacions,<\/strong> tant a nivell individual, com grupal i organitzacional.<\/p>\n<p>Col\u00b7laborem mitjan\u00e7ant formacions, eines de comunicaci\u00f3, activitats destinades a la prevenci\u00f3 de riscos, estrat\u00e8gies, protocols, i diferents tipus d\u2019intervencions i assessoraments.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>QU\u00c8 FEM<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Oferim una propoposta integrada, desde la <strong>psicologia del treball<\/strong> <strong>i de les organitzacions<\/strong>, per a evaluar la qualitat en els models d\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia i diagn\u00f2si \u00a0de les empreses.<\/p>\n<p>Utilitzem un model integrat de <strong>Comportament Organitzatiu (A.S.H)<\/strong> com a instrument per identificar les problem\u00e0tiques psicosocials dins l\u2019empresa i <strong>definir la Qualitat del Sistema Hum\u00e0.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Serveis<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Retenci\u00f3 del talent<\/strong>: Diagn\u00f2stic i intervenci\u00f3 en el desenvolupament de comprom\u00eds organitzacional<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prevenci\u00f3 i avaluaci\u00f3 de riscos psicosocials<\/strong>.
