Desequilibris en la seva composici\u00f3 estan associats a determinades malalties. Aquest grup, liderat per la Dra. Laura Baldom\u00e0 i la Dra. Josefa Badia, est\u00e0 centrat en l\u2019estudi dels mecanismes implicats en la interacci\u00f3\/ comunicaci\u00f3 \u00a0de la\u00a0microbiota amb \u00a0c\u00e8l\u00b7lules epitelials i immunes de la mucosa intestinal a trav\u00e9s de factors secretats, en especial ves\u00edcules extracel\u00b7lulars. Aquestes ves\u00edcules bacterianes poden difondre a trav\u00e9s del mucus intestinal i accedir a l\u2019epiteli, i son per tant, actors clau en la comunicaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019hoste. El coneixement derivat d\u2019aquesta recerca pot obrir noves aproximacions terap\u00e8utiques basades en postbi\u00f2tics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>QU\u00c8 FEM<\/h3>\n<h4>Serveis<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Cultius bacterians. An\u00e0lisis de micro-RNAs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>PER A QUI TREBALLEM<\/h3>\n<h4>Sectors industrials<\/h4>\n<p>Els probi\u00f2tics tenen gran acceptaci\u00f3 en la ind\u00fastria farmac\u00e8utica, veterin\u00e0ria i nutric\u00e8utica. Actualment, hi ha un inter\u00e8s creixent pels postbi\u00f2tics, definits com productes derivats de probi\u00f2tics generats durant el proc\u00e9s de fermentaci\u00f3. Dins d\u2019aquest grup s\u2019inclouen components cel\u00b7lulars dels bacteris, biomol\u00e8cules, metab\u00f2lits i factors bioactius secretats al medi.
