Technical workshop on fats in animal nutrition

The University of Barcelona, together with the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, are organising a workshop to present results on the use of fats and by-products rich in medium-chain fatty acids in monogastric animal nutrition, addressing digestibility, gut health, the microbiome, and meat and egg quality.

Studies in cellular models, broilers and laying hens, among others, will also be presented.

The event is aimed at companies, organisations and researchers involved in the use of fats in animal nutrition.
